🏠 ELIGIBILITY:
Giveaway is open to residential homeowners located within Tri-County Plumbing & Contracting LLC’s service area in Monongalia, Marion, Preston, or Harrison County, West Virginia.

Entrants must meet all giveaway requirements at the time entries are reviewed and the winner is selected.

🔥 WATER HEATER:
Prize includes one standard residential tank-style water heater selected and supplied by Tri-County Plumbing & Contracting LLC. Water-heater type and specifications will be based on the home’s existing system and what Tri-County Plumbing & Contracting LLC determines is appropriate for a standard like-for-like replacement.

🚫 POWER-VENT & TANKLESS EXCLUSION:
Power-vent water heaters and tankless water heaters are NOT included in this giveaway. The giveaway does not include conversion or upgrade to a power-vent or tankless system.

🔧 INSTALLATION:
Prize includes professional standard installation for a like-for-like replacement and standard materials normally required for that installation.

A like-for-like replacement generally means replacing the existing water heater with a comparable unit in the same location without substantial alterations to the home’s plumbing, electrical, gas, venting, structural, or mechanical systems.

🧰 ADDITIONAL WORK:
Any work beyond a standard installation—including relocation of the water heater, fuel-type conversion, significant plumbing modifications, electrical work, gas-line modifications, venting changes, structural modifications, repairs to existing systems, or other work outside the standard replacement—is NOT included in the giveaway.

If additional work is necessary, it will be discussed with the winner and quoted separately before any additional work is performed.

📋 CODE REQUIREMENTS:
All work performed by Tri-County Plumbing & Contracting LLC will be completed in accordance with applicable requirements. If conditions at the property require additional work beyond what is included in the giveaway, those costs will be discussed and approved before additional work is performed.

🏡 PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS:
Installation is subject to an on-site evaluation by Tri-County Plumbing & Contracting LLC to verify that the property and existing water-heater system qualify for the giveaway installation.

💧 TCP CARE PLAN:
The winner will receive the first year of the applicable TCP Care Plan for the newly installed water heater.

🎁 PRIZE CONDITIONS:
Prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash. Prize is non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Tri-County Plumbing & Contracting LLC.

🏆 WINNER SELECTION:
One winner will be selected at random on November 1, 2026, from all eligible entries.

To be included in the drawing, entrants must have commented on the original giveaway post AND their follow of the Tri-County Plumbing & Contracting LLC Facebook Page must be visible/verifiable to us when entries are reviewed.

Each verified eligible entrant will receive one entry in the random drawing.

The selected winner must meet all eligibility requirements, including being a residential homeowner within Monongalia, Marion, Preston, or Harrison County, West Virginia, before the prize is awarded.

If the selected winner’s eligibility cannot be verified, does not qualify for the giveaway, or does not respond within the timeframe provided when contacted, Tri-County Plumbing & Contracting LLC reserves the right to randomly select another eligible winner.
